We went to Hesketh farm park today near Bolton Abbey. It’s the second time we have been this summer, the boys love it. Word of warning it is always raining and cold or at least has been whenever we have visited so take waterproofs and jumpers. It really is a well priced day out with loads to do, there is a fab outdoor playground and go karts as well as animals to feed and hold. Open until end of October I think. It always amazes me how my kids can spend hours holding and stroking the guinea pigs and rabbits there when we have 2 rabbits at home!
I didn’t sort any school uniforms out today and still need to buy school shoes. Always at the last minute.
