A beautiful day in North Yorkshire. Walked to the market in the sunshine (albeit not very warm!) to try and soak up some vitamin D.
After reading so much about rickets in the media, Mums have now even more to worry about.
I’ve even managed to list a few things on ebay. It’s amazing how much better a bit of sunshine makes you feel. I’m sure the country would be a much happier place if the climate was sunnier.
I was saddened to hear on the news today about a 13 year old girl being stabbed and murdered yesterday. I don’t know any details, however my eldest is 13 in 2 years and it really doesn’t bear thinking about. How can someone take someone else’s life?
Sounds like the twins are waking up.
