#ChileanEasyPeelers Challenge – Clementine’s and Mandarins Packed Full Of Vitamin C

We are heading towards the end of September and the children have been back at school for a few weeks now. As soon as they get back to school the coughs and colds start. Last week three out of four of my children had a day off due to coughs, colds and temperatures!
The arrival of a box of Easy Peel Chilean mandarins and clementine’s to review, could not have arrived at a better time! The mandarin and clementines are packed full of vitamin C, to ward off those pesky colds and are also full of water, which keeps you hydrated.

All my children take a packed lunch to school and I always add a couple of portions of fruit. The children commented that the Chilean Easy Peelers were fab as they are easy to peel (obviously), but they are also pip free. Quite often you can’t tell when purchasing citrus fruits whether they are going to contain pips or not.
Although my children take water to school everyday, their bottles quite often come home with barely any drunk, so it’s reassuring to know that the Chilean Easy Peelers are contributing to their hydration during the day.

About Chilean Easy Peeler

The demand for Chilean easy peelers are growing in the UK as the convenient, seedless fruits are sweet in flavor and a hydrating snack, perfect for families.
With year on year growth of 32% in tonnes sold in the UK, the amount of Chilean mandarins sold last season reached over 2,000 tonnes. The predictions for this year’s crop are even greater.
Available in supermarket shelves from September to November, the delicious fruits are the ideal snack for back to school season.
The delivery of the fruit didn’t last long in our house and they were the first choice as a snack from the fruit bowl when returning from school, evenings, breakfasts … any time really. I will be sure to look out for them in the shops.
