I have been lucky enough to work with Prestige flowers on a number of occasions now and I have never failed to be impressed by their range and quality.
I received another bouquet from Prestige on Saturday morning – a lovely start to the weekend!
The bouquet arrived well packaged in a large cardboard box and was perfectly preserved.
The bouquet was called “Wild and Wonderful” and is a stunning combination of Memory Lane Roses, Thlaspi, Lisianthus, Eryngium, Veronic, Dragon snaps and Daisies. It looks like it has just been gathered during a country walk and is tied together by raffia.
The bouquet has a wild and rustic feel.
The box also contained a very useful glass vase, a flower care guide and a greeting card. Not forgetting the gorgeously cute teddy bear, which you can add to your bouquet order.
As roses are quite hard to care for once cut, I followed the flower care guide to the letter. You are advised to cut the rose stems and then plunge the stems in boiling water for 30 seconds. This seemed a little brutal, but seems to have done the trick as my roses still look fresh 5 days later. The bouquet contained flower food which I added to the water. I’ve since topped up the vase daily with fresh water – it always amazes me how much they drink!
Buying flowers online are always convenient when you have friends and family who live far away. Sometimes the flowers can be a little disappointing, but I can honestly say the flowers I have received from Prestige have always been fresh and lovely.
Take a look at Prestige Flowers website to discover the huge range of bouquets and gifts to suit all occasions.
