We’ve recently booked our summer holiday to Fuerteventura and cannot wait. However, every year I have the same dilemma of choosing either a swimming costume or bikini. After having twins wearing a bikini is a brave decision and once made, I then have the issue of finding one in my size! Thankfully Hunkemoller came to the rescue by offering me the chance to review an item of swimwear from their DD+ range. Normally in the DD+ section you get a couple of choices at best, but I was pleasantly surprised at the range from Hunkemoller, all with designs which are right on trend. (I only know this, as Love Island has started!).
The bikini arrived promptly and attractively presented. I was impressed by the quality of the material and it feels as though it will withstand sand, sea and chlorine. I love the design, especially the double straps. The bikini top fitted really well and is supportive without looking frumpy. The bottoms are a style I normally wouldn’t wear as I tend to go for the more substantial, high waisted variety! However, I was pleasantly surprised at how well they fitted and when lying down on a sunbed – they’ll look perfect!
As our holiday is a few weeks away, I couldn’t photograph the bikini in action, so here’s a brave shot from home!
Would I recommend swimwear from Hunkemoller? Most definitely as their range is a little bit different and excellent quality. I am reliably informed that they also have a fab lingerie and nightwear range too!
