ACE Winter Refresh Challenge

It’s that time of year again when I send my hubby into the loft in order to search for my winter wardrobe. It’s also a time when I write a note to myself saying that I should carefully store my clothes and not haphazardly chuck them into a bin liner!

On unpacking my winter wardrobe I often feel a bit horrified to discover that they have a slightly musty smell as well as long forgotten spaghetti bolognese stains, which should have been tackled six months ago!

This year I have discovered ACE For Colours Powder, which appears to impressively live up to it’s claims of keeping garments bright, whilst gently removing stains.

Not only is ACE Colour Powder good at rejuvenating and brightening coloured clothes it works at 30 degrees and also comes in a totally recyclable box.

You can use the powder as a pre treatment for stains, a solution to soak away stains or as an addition to every wash, which is what I did. I chose a lovely sunny Autumn day so that I could hang the clothes out in the sun to dry. I loved the way the clothes smelled so fresh afterwards, they looked vibrant and bright too. I think this powder could save a small fortune by eliminating the need to go out and buy a new winter wardrobe!

I have used the ACE For Colours Powder lots of times now to date and it was particularly useful for removing coloured hairspray stains from the girls coats after Halloween.

Are you ready for winter?
